Qualifications:
• University Degree
• Highly skilled in using Amadeus and QuickRes/Troya systems
• English communication (written/verbal) is a must
• Experience on online ticketing & hotel platforms

• Responsible and customer oriented
• Continuously learning and improvement
• Good communication skills and flexibility
• Planning and organizational skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work professionally and independently in providing travel services by e-mail and phone

Manage workflow and processes in accordance with SLA

A team player with a high level of flexibility

Offer best travel options in terms of pricing and routing

Maintain a high level of customer service by ‘Going the Extra Mile'

Good knowledge of the English language
