- Founded at 2002 and is a member of the Expedia Affiliate Network (EAN) that is network of the world's largest online tour operator since 2009,
- Gathering acceleration its growth after taking investment from Bancroft Private Equity which is London-based investment company, also have a feature of first Tourism platform investmented by a foreign company in Turkey.
We are looking for talented and passionate UI-UX Designer teammates who will focus on the designing of digital products & services.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role as well as a strong portfolio of related projects,
- Proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc,
- Strong knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc,
- Ability to discuss and explain design options,
- Detail oriented and have a keen eye for aesthetics,
- Team spirit; strong interpersonal communication skills,
- Problem solver and customer-centered,
- Critical thinker.
Job Description:
- Gather, evaluate and understand user requirements, business goals and objectives in collaboration with product owners,
- Optimize existing user interface designs,
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions,
- Develop UI mockups, user flows, wireframes and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like,
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience,
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables),
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness),
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images,
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements,
- Create prototypes for new product ideas and test new ideas before implementing,
- Conduct an ongoing user research.
