Job Summary
UK University Education Counsellor, is a specialized position, requiring the holder to develop an in-depth understanding of UK University study in order to advise Turkish students on the most suitable degree options available to them. Just as important is the need to establish a strong relationship built on trust with our students (and sometimes their parents) to ensure successful enrolments at UK Universities. In addition, through frequent communication with our partner UK Universities and following established BEB protocols, you will become a professional within this education sector.
Work Experience
· Sales, education, or other relevant background
· Good computer skills, ideally including CRM software
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· Excellent English language skills
· Study experience outside of Turkey – not essential, but beneficial
Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop a strong of knowledge of our UK partner Universities and UK education in general
· Participate in extensive internal and external training
· Work effectively with other BEB team members
· Communicate directly with UK Universities as required
· Maximize your client/student base
· Respond quickly and effectively to new client/student leads
· Identify and recommend the most suitable study options for your clients/students
· Complete all client needs with accuracy and efficiency
