Process / Data Analyst
We are looking for colleagues for our CustomerDepartment which serves more than 3 million customers in energy industry.
This role will work on customer processes, operation channels, service design, customer culture adoption etc to carry out our company to the top in customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications:·
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences
- At least 2 years of professional experience in similar positions
- Interested in customer/human dynamics of the business
- Analytical perspective, digitization capability, detail oriented personality,
- Knowledgeable in business processes and data architecture, experienced in process and data visualization applications
- Advanced Ms Office (excel), preferably / using SQL, Power BI, Visual Basic etc.
