GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for patient coordinators to work with us at our hair transplantation clinic in Nişantaşı.
Job Description:
- To be a coordinator between the patient and the doctor starting from their first contact to our clinic through our website until they go back to their homes.
- To answer all the questions, give pricing information and guide them through their decision period
- To arrange all the hotel and transfers for the patients
- To accompany them during their stay, help with their medical need in coordination with the doctor
- Follow-up the patient until the results of the operation are final
Features we are looking for:
- Fluent in English
- To be patient, smiling, solution-oriented
- To manage the crisis by using customer relations
- Planning, organization, coordination, follow-up skills
- Giving importance to patient satisfaction
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
