QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

KADIKÖY lokasyonunda bulunan DİŞ KLİNİĞİMİZDE görevlendirilmek üzere;

·İstanbul Anadolu Yakasında ikamet eden ve Kadıköye ulaşım sıkıntısı olmayan

·Yurtdışından diş tedavileri için gelen hastalarımızla sürekli iletişim halinde olacak

·Gerekli her türlü ayarlamaları ve organizasyonları planlayacak (havalimanı, klinik transfer ayarlamaları ve otel rezervasyonları)

·Tercihen sağlık sektörü deneyimli

·Çok iyi düzeyde İngilizce ve Türkçe dil bilgisine sahip,

·MS Office programlarını iyi derecede kullanabilen,

-· Maaş + yüksek prim sistemiyle çalışacak, (8.000--12000 maaş aralığı)

·Diksiyonu düzgün, iletişim becerisi yüksek,

·Kişisel bakımına ve görünümüne önem veren,

·Pazarlama, satış, müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi konularında deneyim sahibi,

·Temsil ve ikna yeteneği güçlü, organizasyon ve iletişim becerileri gelişmiş,

We are currently looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our Dentavrasya Dental Clinic team.

We are looking to recruit the suitable candidates who,

. Live in ISTANBUL ( ASIAN SIDE )

. Native or Advanced level of ENGLİSH and TURKISH (will be tested)

. have excellent written English and effective verbal communication skills in English

. Ability to communicate effectively with our dentists, and the hospital staff

· Proficiency in MS Office applications

· Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness

· Able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online

· Energetic, passionate and sales driven

Job Description:

We are looking for an international patient coordinator who can talk and correspond with foreign patients in our Dental Center.

· Candidates who speak advanced English/Turkish should be able to communicate one-to-one with the patient and make comments between the doctor and the patient,

· Must have high sales and marketing skills, Must be able to adapt to an extroverted, positive and stressful working environment, Compatible with flexible working hours,

· Communicating with patients before their arrival in Istanbul

· Arranging the patients’ hotel stay and their transfers from the hotel to the hospital and clinic

· Guiding patients throughout their stay in Istanbul, including from the hotel to the hospital and clinic

· Assisting patients and translating the necessary information to both the patients and doctors
