Responsibilities:
· Identify the needs of each market, prepare marketing plan in collaboration with local marketing teams to grow the brand
· Ensure that marketing programs and activities are executed ensuring brand compliance and also coordinated with global and regional initiatives and programs
· Prepare brand & product presentations and support global social media content management
· Coordinate & implement all marketing projects with internal and external resources to achieve results
· Monitor brand performance; analyze and interpret competition data, category trends and recommend action plans in each market
· Prepare suggested market prices by checking competition and in accordance with margin targets
· Lead global merchandising process in collaboration with suppliers & business partners and module management for shops and displays
· Control marketing & promotional expenditure within agreed budgets
· Reports to the International Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Engineering or Business Administration etc.)
· 2-3 years of experience as international / export marketing or trade marketing role preferably in FMCG industry
· Understanding the complexities involved in working in a matrix organization and with various stakeholders within the organization
· Robust experience in working with suppliers and agencies
· Fluent in English and Turkish
· Proven knowledge of MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.)
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
· Ability to formulate own opinion and present confidently
· Ability to retain professionalism and performance whilst working under pressure
· Organizational, planning, project management skills
· Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
