Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the district and its commercial success via account & product management perspective.
- Lead the recruitment, on-boarding, training, and development efforts in the district.
- Follow up risks, payments, and all financial & accounting processes of the channel.
- To understand and fully assess client needs and develop targeted solutions.
- To explore new sales opportunities by pursuing inbound and outbound reach-out cycles
Skills:
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish, Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Advanced numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills (communication, relationship management)
- Proven competencies in customer focus, negotiation, priority setting, and problem-solving
- Very good product and market knowledge.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
