QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Unifree is a duty-free company with a German partner, Gebr. Heinemann and manages the world's largest duty-free space at Istanbul Airport, which is the world's largest airport project. In the framework of this project, we are looking for a " Luxury Boutique Manager " to be included in our team.
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 10 years’ experience in Luxury Retail, Accessories experience (handbags,shoes)
• At least minimum 5+ years’ experience at a similar level in the team management
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Good level of SAP and MS Office applications
• Excellent sense of figures and luxury retail business insight
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage daily operations of the business and ensure sales goals are met
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic
• Assigns duties to relevant employees
• Prepare reports as requested or necessary within the brand
• Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Track and manage inventory at the store
• Meet sales goals by motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent luxury retail service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Track and manage the buying process
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
• Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance
