QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Descriptions
- Create the purchase orders and control the contents of the purchase orders.
- Follow the deliveries of the materials and ensure to be on time.
- Negotiate with the local or abroad suppliers about the delivery date and conditions which is defined in the aggrements.
- Solve the problems related to the reception of the material.
- Revise the purchase order data according to the negotiations with the supplier. (Revised PO must be print out and sign by the responsibles.)
- Take into account of the supplier work load and give feed back to material planners.
- Visit the supplier in the period which is scheduled by his/her manager.
- Prepare import documents and communicate with the abroad suppliers.
- Obeying and applying the requirements of “Information Security Management System
Qualifications
- Graduate from Engineering department
- Minimum 2-3 years experience.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, very good communication skills
- Knowledge in Problem Solving Techniques
