GENEL NİTELİKLER
WE , MILTEKS GROUP, are looking for a professional to be hired and located at ourabroad factory.
Successful candidate will oversee the production process, coordinate all activities to ensure enough resources on hand, within given budget frame and workflow meets required deadlines.
He will be responsible for the smooth running of all PLANNING, PRODUCTION in lines and the QUALITY of the output.
Expected responsibilities will include ;
Understanding of the ultimate goal which is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customers deadline and standards
- Liaising with HQ in ISTANBUL, with other managers and teams, to plan and formulate the manufacturing process and related objectives
- Organize the purchasing and oversee the manufacturing of the products ,from pre production till ex factory
- Supervise and coach
- Approve maintenance at work
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Report regularly to upper management and seniors in the Group
Required skills :
- Proven experience as snr manager / director
- Deep knowledge of textile manufacturing process
- Experience in reporting on key product metrics
- Ability to manage factory personnel
- Decision making and problem solving, a result driven approach
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with other software
- Outstanding communication ability
- Attention to detail
- Advanced language skills especially ENGLISH ,ARABIC and TURKISH
