Job Description
o Coordinating with teammates for carrying out all processes regarding assigned manufacturing projects
o Collaborating with the project management department to assure that all production processes are carried out on schedule
o Working for the improvement of production efficiency, safety, and quality
o Determining the problems that cause efficiency losses by analyzing the existing system and ensuring that solutions are developed in accordance with the project-based production logic
o Managing activities such as process improvement and reduction of production costs
o Analyzing production performance indicators, to make root cause analysis of results that do not comply with the target
o Organizing preventive actions regarding inventory loss
Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
o Min. 2 years of experience with machining and manufacturing
o Good command of AutoCAD
o Experience in project-based production
o Strong team player
o Capability in planning, project management, documentation and reporting as well as in interdepartmental coordination
o Fully proficient in MS Office and ERP
o Strong interpersonal skills with verbal and written communication skills
o Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
o No military service obligation for male candidates
o No travel restrictions
o Good command of written and verbal English
