QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Queen^® Türkiye is part of the Danish company Knud Jepsen a/s, which is the largest producer of Kalanchoe flowers in the world since 1939. Today we are known worldwide for our beautiful and extremely durable potted plants and bouquets. Queen Türkiye was established in 2012 as a joint venture between the company Agrico and Knud Jepsen a/s under the Queen^® brand. Queen^®Türkiye uses different growth techniques with its flexible production strategy and adapts to continuous development. Our organization exports to countries all over the world and currently employs 350 employees.

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Production Planning Specialist to work in our rapidly growing company based in Dikili,İzmir.

General Qualifications

University degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Preferably 1 year of experience in production planning processes,
Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel, at an advanced level,
Good command of written and spoken English,
Able to effectively communicate and motivate,
Efficient team player and demonstrate high energy,
Competent in analytical thinking and decision-making,
Male candidates must have completed military service,
Able to reside in Dikili or Bergama (İzmir).

Job Description

Planning and prioritizing the process and production,
Preparation of daily production reports,
Order control,
Production control and follow-up,
Stock update,
Application of updates to the system,
Creating reports (daily, weekly, yearly),
Budget planning,
Calculation of square meters for the production area planning,
Order of raw materials,
Coordinating production with sales and logistics.
