QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· Undergraduate and/or graduate degrees from relevant departments (Industrial Eng, Mechanical Eng. etc.)

· Very Good command of written and spoken English and German

· Proficient in Quality Management Systems, (AS9100 is preferred)

· At least 3 years of experience in quality processes,

· Inclined to international working environment and teamwork, open to development, strong communication and highly motivated,

· High quality awareness, customer-oriented and responsible,

· Regular, careful and dynamic in business follow-up and management,

· Able to think analytically,

· Proficiency in problem solving techniques (8D, 5Why, etc.)

· APQP knowledge is preferred (PFMEA,MSA, SPC, etc)

· Able to use MS Office programs,

· SAP R/3 knowledge is preferred,

· Able to comply with flexible working hours,

· Do not have domestic and international travel barriers,

· Residing/will be residing in İzmir,

· For male candidates, they must have completed their military service.

TASK DESCRIPTION

•Inspecting the process and/or process for the production of products in accordance with instructions, procedures and customer demands,

• Examining the external document changes under the responsibility of Product and Process Assurance, and providing the necessary information about the processes affected by the changes to the relevant departments,

•Performing process audits planned throughout the year (creation and updating of question catalogs)

•Creating the post-audit audit report and sharing it with the relevant departments,

•Initiating corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities detected and/or reported after the audit, planning to take permanent actions, following up the actions taken,

• Executing the Technical Change Management process over the related system in case of changes in processes,

•According to the product group for which it is responsible, controlling the effect on the product in case of revision changes and filling in the relevant forms and submitting them to the Quality Systems,

•Management and moderation of APQP (PFMEA, MSA, SPC) processes; Management of PUKO (PDCA) cycles,

• Initiating and closing corrective and preventive actions in line with the complaints submitted to the Product Process and Assurance department,

•Managing customer complaints, planning, tracking and closing actions with necessary departments.
