BA or BS degree preferably in Business Administration or related fields (Formal education)
Preferably having proven track professional experience in sales and / or marketing in automotive industry with solid business administration knowledge, sales and leadership skills
Passion for automobiles, having a deep product and market knowledge
Knowledge in online sales regulations, platforms, systems and e-commerce
Broad business acumen
Excellent business communication and presentation skills in both Turkish and English languages
Distinctive analytical and methodical competence especially in Economics and Finance
Mental agility, flexibility, adaptability, competence and eager to work in a rapidly changing business environment amid challenging economic circumstances
Ability to build-up and maintain long-term collaborative business relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner

In charge of company car supply operations from planning and order to delivery, used car sales and new car buyback and leasing/rental programs
Responsible for used car evaluation, pricing and new car buyback, leasing/rental deals
Direct execution of all company car and used car supply & sales, new car buyback and leasing / rental related operations and leading continuous processes optimization
Organizing sales process via auction / online sales platforms, upload new items to DCP
Supporting development and implementation of Omni-channel strategy, online sales including e-commerce
Visiting retail environment systematically in order to promote and develop wholesale business while tracking the retail implementations and sales performance
Analyse and monitor market performance and trends frequently in all levels and details. Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
Short, mid and long-term demand and supply planning based on analytics and projections
Co-operation and communication with HQ
Representing the company in related platforms in terms of used car business
