It aims to recruit "Executive Assistant" with the following qualifications to work in our Istanbul Headquarters.
Skill/Knowledge required for the position:
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 15 years of work experience in an administrative/managerial support role in an office environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Result-oriented, delivery-oriented and self-motivated
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies,
• Agendas, domestic and international travel arrangements, appointments, etc. for senior management. follow,
• Telephone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letter, parcel, etc.)
• To follow up the stocks of office supplies and to place orders when necessary,
• To follow the office budget,
• Filing appropriate documents when necessary,
• Managing meeting arrangements,
• Welcoming and directing visitors,
• Helping your colleagues when necessary.
