QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Business Assistant” within the body of Şekerlisoy Group of Companies, to be assigned in Ataşehir head office, with the following qualifications.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from undergraduate / postgraduate departments of notable Universities,

• Having experience in a group company, at least 5 years of experience in the field,

• High level of planning, prioritization and task management,

• Have advanced written and spoken English language skills,

• Proactively identifying needs of the executive and producing solutions,

• Able to use MS Office Programs effectively,

• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work result-oriented, high business follow-up and analysis skills, giving importance to details,

• Advanced level of reporting and presentation skills,

• Competent in business planning, process management and time management,

• Competent in project management when necessary,

Job description

• To povide the necessary information flow to the Senior Management from inside or outside the company and scheduling the meetings by prioritizing,

• To follow the work flow of the units affiliated to the group companies, to manage them in stages, and to coordinate with the management,

• To prepare and present the reports and presentations required by the executive in coordination with the relevant units,

• To make all the preparations and organization at the meetings, to follow up the decisions taken and to report them,

• To carry out the necessary studies regarding the research, reports, texts and presentations required by the executive, to prepare the documentation,

• To plan the executive’s daily/weekly/monthly work schedule and setting, to prepare business and travel plans, to follow the agenda and direct when necessary,

• To make preparations in accordance with the relevant agenda before the trips, to prepare reports, and to manage the appointment traffic
