QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

UX Designer

Job Description:

Apti is seeking a skilled UX Designer to join their highly collaborative, growing team, to

develop their skills and make an impact.

Apti is one of the leading providers of property management software solutions.

Responsibilities:

? Create user-centered experiences by understanding business requirements, the

voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings

? Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and high fidelity

mockups

? Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

? Communicate with product and engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders

and executive leadership

? Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in

order to enhance user experience

Qualifications:

? Background in design, fine arts, engineering or related field

? Prior experience as a UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects

? Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.

? Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus

? Paying strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics

? Having excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs,

and suggestions

? Being a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

? Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

? Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.

? Ready to relocate to the USA in future.

? Has done military service or no immediate obligation in at least 2 years for male

candidates.

? Positive team player, keen to work collaboratively and share ideas

Advantage Skills:

? Experience in working with front end development

? Experience in mentoring junior designers is a plus

? Experience of working in a Scrum Team and an Agile environment

? No degree is required but having an artistic mindset is must
