Job Description
We are looking for a UX Designer, who will work remote and Germany working hours under the Project in Germany.
- Fluent English is a must
- Figma
- Full time (40h/week)
- Creation of UX designs, support of the product owner, research and analysis of market participants, description of user stories, personas, features, etc.
- Talent for documentation and conception
- Be able to produce multiple concepts and prototypes - knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.
- Ability to explain your thoughts on usability, engagement, business/user needs and effectiveness and help grow the skillsets of other designers
- Experience in creating and integrating Design Systems
- Strong visual design & data visualization skills
- Exceptional attention to details
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Be able to take criticism of your design and explain the why behind your designs
- Good time-management skills
