QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer, who will work in the Digital Banking - Service Design and Customer Experience team and will be responsible for “UX/UI” function of Burgan Bank’s digital assets.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • If you are graduated from the relevant departments of a university,
  • If you have experience in user experience design or a similar UX / UI related role in financial or relevant sector,
  • If you have knowledge of UX stages and experience on Figma for wireframes and prototyping
  • If you are experienced in UX Research methods (user interviews, usability tests, A/B tests etc)
  • If you are good at using Photoshop or Illustrator
  • If you have developed yourself in design thinking methodology and responsive design
  • If you are passionate about being successful by achieving reflecting customer needs and behaviors to the processes,
  • If you want to make a difference and add value,
  • If you have a very good command of English,
  • If you can use MS Office programs effectively,
  • Digital banking experience is a plus,
  • Experience in agile methodology is a plus.
  • HTML, CSS, JS knowledge is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Being responsible for Burgan Bank’s branch-free solutions’ design processes such as; ON Mobile, Burgan Mobile, ON Internet Branch, Burgan Internet Branch, web site and vendor screens
  • Determining Burgan Digital’s and ON’s design strategy by bringing user centered design process methods
  • Designing and submitting pixel perfect final UI, wireframes, user stories, prototypes and mock-ups in accordance with Burgan Digital’s and ON’s design strategy
  • Responsible for the designing of illustrations to be displayed on all digital banking channels; especially ATM, mobile and internet banking.
  • Updating design files on Figma if there is change on design during the development process
  • Creating UI kit and add all the variants of components
  • Regularly analyzing all processes of Burgan Bank’s branch-free banking solutions to identify design problems and planning solutions if necessary
  • Conducting user tests for Burgan Digital and ON planning improvement actions
  • Following local and global digital trends closely
  • Monitoring developments of competitors and preparing monthly benchmark reports
  • Working closely with Burgan Bank’s IT and Channel Management teams
