QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our new startup Design Lab division is looking for an ambitious UX/UI Designer with experience in the web and mobile space. We're focusing our flagship web and mobile products but we plan to branch out into other consumer products at a later date. The ideal candidate will be excited about the opportunity to build a website's and mobile app's user experience strategy from the ground up, focusing on the user and product vision as well as brand management. We're interested in taking over this particular field in product & service experience, and we're hoping you'll be part of that experience with building the new brand.

• Bachelor or Master in Design or a related discipline.
  
• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI
  
• A desire to develop groundbreaking, gorgeous user interfaces.
  
• Online presence throughout the day, available for active communication with the team
  
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
  
• Ability to multi-task and successfully participate in several projects simultaneously.
  
• Learn new technology and platforms quickly
  

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and project analysts,
  
• Create expressive user interface designs
  
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps,
  
• Create interactive prototypes for new product ideas or existing products,
  
• Design a better user interface for new and existing applications and assuring a higher user experience.
  
• Able to transform low-fidelity wireframes into beautiful, high-fidelity user experiences across a diverse range of platforms, including smart phones and web.
  
• Creating sketches, wireframes, and mockups to design and prototype interactive applications.
  
• Actively participate in design and requirement sessions with a range of internal parties.
  
• Develop efficient solutions to user interface design problems
  
• Stay up to date on current and best UI&UX design practices and industry standards.
  
• Be passionate and forward thinking about interface design, always well ahead of current design trends.
