GENEL NİTELİKLER
Job Description:
- Lead the development and optimization of the vehicle’s thermal architecture
- Design, size, and package of thermal components
- Work with controls engineers to ensure that thermal management controls strategy meets requirements
- Manage / Interface with suppliers and internal/external customers to ensure that all thermal components meet design requirements
- Lead creation of component specifications, component DFMEA, and other technical design documents
- Develop and execute component and subsystem design verification plans (DVPs) and test methods
- Support system development through the entire life cycle including requirement creation, feasibility studies, and layouts, detail design, PLM release, prototype builds vehicle test and production.
- Conduct variants and updates management, 3D-modelings, design optimizations as well as drawings.
- Assist designer/draftspersons/outsourcing on tasks as required
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science of Mechanical Engineering or similar required, Master’s preferred
- 3+ years of automotive industry experience
- Proven 3D CAD skills, proficient with CATIA V5/V6, SIEMENS NX, or similar software
- Knowledge of full automotive Interior, Exterior, Cabin, Chassis, and Underhood packaging preferred
- Knowledge of Ergonomics in the automotive design process
- Conversant with current and forthcoming vehicle architectures and system technologies
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management tools
- Proven problem solving and communication skills
- Motivation, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic – growing work environment with tight timing constraints.
- German Language skills a plus
- Ability to travel if necessary
