GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager who is passionate about bringing his/her experience to our growing business. In this role, directly reporting to Tax Director, you will be responsible for providing advice on tax-related matters related to our investments.

Job Description

• Conducts research on tax regimes in local and other tax jurisdictions.
• Review documents for potential tax implications.
• Draft advance tax ruling petitions and applications.
• Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted tax legislation, regulations, and judicial decisions that impact the company's operations and financial positions.
• Provide tax advice/support on various investments targeting Turkey and abroad.
• Providing solutions in response to the tax queries of subsidiaries operating in different jurisdictions.
• Following up with the legislative changes and what impact these changes may introduce on our investments' businesses.
• Work closely with other local and foreign advisors to lead the work for the projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• Knowledge and experience, especially in corporate tax and income tax
• Minimum 7 years and above experience in tax compliance and audit
• Technical knowledge and experience about the application and interpretation of Turkish tax legislation
• Ability to take initiatives
• Proactive approach
• Strong commitment, result-orientation, and timeliness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge and experience, especially in Turkish direct and indirect taxes
• Knowledge in general accounting
• CPA
• Knowledge of International tax is a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Able to work in a diverse, intercultural, and agile work environment
