QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Foreign Trade and Logistics Specialist” to join our project management team at our headquarters located in Çankaya / Ankara
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree from Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade and Logistics departments of universities
- Fluent in English
- Analytical thinking, problem solving, planning, negotiation and business follow-up skills
- Knowledge of foreign trade legislation, supply chain and logistics operations
- Good level of knowledge on MS Office applications
- Good communication and social skills, ability to work in coordination with others
- Basic knowledge on Primavera P6 planning software is preferred
- Experience in US Government Projects is preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performing and assisting international procurement processes including technical resolutions, negotiations of terms, preparation of purchase orders and/or contracts, payment and delivery follow-up
- Keeping correspondence with suppliers and logistics agents
- Coordinating and assisting shipping activities from booking process to exportation
- Preparing paperwork for logistics processes (invoices, packing lists etc.)
- Creating and updating follow-up tables and reports per management requirement
