QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
MGX Studio is Turkey's first Virtual Production Studio.
As the studio, we are aware that having a core staff that is constantly learning is a greater value than the investment itself. In addition to having the technical knowledge of a new technology, we proudly took our first steps towards becoming a studio that guides, not follows, technology. The biggest advantage and difference of our teams from other organizations is that they feed a large content library to be used in film, TV series and advertisement projects, rather than just producing project-oriented content. We both use and constantly follow up-to-date technologies such as Unreal Engine, Unity, Notch. Our R&D unit in our team is experimenting on both software and hardware as well as integrated and new technologies. Enriching the future of “production” with technology and content; and while doing this, one of our main goals is to lead the sector and reach the point of feeding with content. We adopted the idea of introducing new and sustainable technologies to the sector. Our team consists of young but also experienced and dedicated employees. While we are proud to start the golden age of production, we look forward to the crowning of our creation with many firsts.
We are looking for a "Videographer" with the following qualifications to be assigned to our studio MGX studio operating in the cinema-TV sector.
General Qualifications:
Can provide portfolio work demonstrating strong technical and artistic ability (composition, rhythm , color, light) that includes video based work
Full command and communicate of Turkish and English , and ability to speak fluently,
( Fluent English is a big plus),
Has excellent interpersonal communication skills,
Capable of adapting to improvised changing project goals,
Strong organizational skills adhering to file structures, naming conventions, and other established protocols,
Able to meet project deadlines with minimal supervision in an independent and fast-paced production environment,
Able to adapt to long and fast business processes
Experience with Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects or video editing software,
Experienced in creating Photo and Video Content,
Experienced in shooting video with dslr and mirrorless cameras,
Knowledge of video equipment and shooting techniques,
Experience in film/TV production is a plus
Experience in graphics programs such as Photoshop and illustrator is a plus,
WORK DESCRİPTİON:
You will take an active role in editing video content for multi-platform use and distribution, including social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Stories and Instagram Stories),
Following local and global Youtube channels,
To follow current trends in photo and video content production,
Contributing to video content by developing ideas,
You will present creative works by taking an active role in all video and photography fields in the production processes,
You will be involved in video projects from start to finish: (pre-production, production and post-production)
