QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Media, Photography, Visual Communication Design or Graphic Design, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (or Related Departments),
- Master’s Degree is a plus,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized),
Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
- Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
- Strong organizational direction,
- Able to work as a team with colleagues,
- Strong communication skills and open to learning,
- Effective use of editing and assembly programs such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,
- Effective use of video and photo shooting equipment such as camera, microphone, light,
- Continuously following innovations and trends in the digital world and applying them in accordance with high standards in content,
- Analytical thinker,
- Competent in social media applications and usage,
- Knowledgeable in marketing, advertising and communication fields apart from Human Resources,
- Creative, innovative and proactive,
- People-oriented,
- Following the trends,
- Having a command of technology
- Good diction skills,
- No travel restriction,

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Contributing to the determination of the employer brand strategy,
- According to the brand strategy, designing visual media such as stands, banners, posters in the campuses,
- Managing digital communication resources by participating in organizations such as Career Days organized by University Career Centers,
- Visualizing and announcing projects created together with University Student Clubs such as Engineering Competitions,
- Preparation of various content and visuals in order to create resources for recruitment processes,
- Announcing the events to be held or realized, current positions on social media and online platforms, producing and managing Human Resources social media content,
- Carrying out Internal Communication studies, creating and visualizing the content of activities such as special day celebrations, communication activities, etc.
- Developing and implementing projects to increase Employee Loyalty,
- Contributing to brand awareness,
- To have the power to make technical analysis.
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
