JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensures online shopping website optimized for relevant contents continuously
- Creating concept and market specific activities on online shopping website
- Evaluate actions taken for your concept, identifying strengths and opportunities to create a more relevant shopping experience for your customers
- Determine the images to be used on website
- Ensure the visual integrity of the website
- Work closely with marketing team to secure your local needs on tactical materials and being relevant to your customers
- Ensure that you are up to date and understand current fashion trends, customer shopping behavior and competitor landscape, so you can anticipate and meet your customer needs
- Ensure that online shopping website is always inspiring and relevant for our customers
- Strong collaboration with the local e-commerce merchandising team to create a concept commercial plan with the goal to maximize sales & customer experience for your concept
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as an E-commerce Visual Merchandiser or in a similar E-commerce role is required
- Experience in retail is preferred
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn your analysis into actions that you can implement in your team
- Previous experience and strong knowledge of working within different content management systems
- Strong in driving results and constantly improving ways of working
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
