QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Experiences, Skills and Qualifications:
- 3rd or 4th grade student in related departments (preferably Industrial/Energy/Electric/Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration),
- Good communication skills,
- Competent with MS Office, SAP,
- Good knowledge of both written and spoken English language is an advantage,
- Basic knowledge in Health and Safety issues.
Responsibilities:
- Doing GR and transfer bookings activities in SAP,
- Supporting & reporting to Regional Material Manager & Material Manager
- Preparing stock lists&open order lists,
- Booking D-Part&Scrapping activities in SAP,
- Controlling, preparing and reporting of the logistics costs,
- Preparing the documentation of Material Management issues.
