As a Warehouse Responsible you are contributing to:

• Responsible for the daily operation of the warehouse in accordance with Yokogawa's internal regulations

• Using the tools required for warehouse operations in accordance with the instructions (forklift etc.)

• Receiving the products arriving at the warehouse by counting them according to their specifications, controlling the products and following up the necessary remedial, necessary actions in case of conflicts.

• Stacking the received products in the warehouse within the framework of the rules and ensuring that the materials are protected until they leave the warehouse (material labeling/identification, stacking, loading and unloading, etc.)

• The products to be shipped from the warehouse; Carrying out the loading operations to the vehicles, ensuring the delivery to and from the cargo, ensuring the correct and timely delivery to the customer.

• To follow up the daily goods entry-exit (e-delivery note issuance, SAP stock system exits, informing the demanders about the delivery, etc.) and to inform the necessary units about the warehouse movements completely and in a timely manner.

• To make the planned-actual stock comparisons by keeping the warehouse-related forms regularly and transferring them to the electronic environment.

• Contributing to warehouse stock counting and stock control at certain periods.

• To be responsible for the order and cleanliness of the warehouse and to take all kinds of measures for the safety of the products in the warehouse.

• To comply with and ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety rules

• Ensuring communication and working with the relevant units in the internal audit and external audit processes, ensuring that the necessary information is delivered to the audit teams in a complete and proper manner.

What you will bring to us:

• Residing in Izmir

• Associate degree / University graduate

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the field ofgoods receiving, shipment, material movements, warehouse-logistics,

• Preferably with experience of using electric pallet trucks,

• Able to adapt to busy schedule,

• Completed military service for male candidates,

• Able to drive manual vehicle actively(with a Class B license)

• Fluent in written and spoken English,

• Strong communication skills, resistant to stress, self-initiative, good team player and time management skills,

• Advanced MS Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint) knowledge and skills,

• Preferably have knowledge of SAP MM module,

• We are looking for a teammate who does not have a health problem that will prevent him/her from working physically.

Candidates will not be taken into consideration who do not speak fluent or mother tongue Turkish.
