QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Completed University Degree in Textile, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Business-fluent knowledge of English is a must
- Good command of MS Office
- Living in the close region around Usak or are willing to relocate to Usak.
- Starting as a junior where necessary and growing in terms of responsibility within a technical/ production environment
- Knowledge on weaving (dornier) is an asset
- Strong safety mindset
- Leader / team leading / coaching skills
- Hands-on / problem solving thinking/ pro-active reaction / open mind and eager to learn new way’s.
- Lean experience is preferable.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- You will be part of our dornier weaving team and work in production environment
- You will work in a technically challenging environment, with room for taking initiative and responsibility.
- Makes you contribute to the efficiency of our processes or gives you the chance to lift a team to a higher level
- You communicate with different internal and external parties and proactively get in contact with colleagues from other departments and sites,
