QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for technical candidates who aim to become web analysts and high responsibility, cross-functional team.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with website product and marketing managers to understand business goals, define digital KPI, and provide insights and reporting on how Cimri customers engage with our marketing websites,
Work closely with the larger analytics and business intelligence community within Cimri Marketing to develop a suite of enterprise and operational reporting that combine website and customer engagement data,
Proactively explain the ‘why’ in addition to the ‘what’ while educating business stakeholders on insights,
Work closely with website technical and tag management teams to ensure data collection meets requirements and scales appropriately. Candidate must understand web analytics tagging, data collection, and processing,
Propose and implement processes, standards and governance to keep running our business efficiently and effectively,
Drive web analytics education and adoption of insights, metrics, and measurement framework,
Raise the bar on measurement strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

BS in Engineering or Computer Sciences,
At least 2 years of experience in Web Analytics,
Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills,
Extensive experience of using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, Adjust…etc,
Intermediate to proficient knowledge of HTML and CSS,
Solid knowledge of Google Data Studio,
An understanding of turning data into actionable information,
An understanding of SEO, CRO, Paid Search, Paid Social and/or other performance marketing/digital marketing disciplines,
The ability to be able to work across multiple campaigns and business units effectively,
Solid knowledge of MS Office tools,
Strong organization, detail orientation and prioritization skills,
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with all levels of management,
Passion for continuous learning,

Nice to have;
• Experience in GA4 is a bonus,
• Experience in Power BI is a bonus,
