QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
MGX Studio is Turkey's first Virtual Production Studio.
As the studio, we are aware that having a core staff that is constantly learning is a greater value than the investment itself. In addition to having the technical knowledge of a new technology, we proudly took our first steps towards becoming a studio that guides, not follows, technology. The biggest advantage and difference of our teams from other organizations is that they feed a large content library to be used in film, TV series and advertisement projects, rather than just producing project-oriented content. We both use and constantly follow up-to-date technologies such as Unreal Engine, Unity, Notch. Our R&D unit in our team is experimenting on both software and hardware as well as integrated and new technologies. Enriching the future of “production” with technology and content; and while doing this, one of our main goals is to lead the sector and reach the point of feeding with content. We adopted the idea of introducing new and sustainable technologies to the sector. Our team consists of young but also experienced and dedicated employees. While we are proud to start the golden age of production, we look forward to the crowning of our creation with many firsts.
We are looking for a ‘Web Design Specialist’with the following qualifications to be assigned to our studio MGX studio operating in the cinema-TV sector.
General Qualifications:
Strong creative direction, able to do original graphic and web design works,
Able to design and produce creative banners and similar interactive applications,
Able to use MS Office, Photoshop or alternative design programs,
Adobe Premier, Da Vinci, Adobe After Effect, which can preferably use video programs,
High on content production and effective writing skills,
Taking care of the visual order,
Ability to schedule and deliver work on time,
Able to produce alternative solutions to problems very quickly,
Well-developed planning and communication skills, prone to teamwork, able to take responsibility in projects,
Will be in an understanding of giving and receiving ideas while developing projects,
Following the design trends and aiming for continuous self-development,
Advanced level of English,
Experienced in banner, e-bulletin design and implementation,

Able to execute more than one project effectively,
Working meticulously in project follow-up and reporting in the projects he is involved in,

Work Description:
To work on the visual communication processes of our company's website,
Managing the company's social media channel,
Design of social media advertisement images in accordance with our company goals,
Preparing content design and intros for the different platforms we use,
Website management to increase brand awareness,
Management of our social media accounts, .
Following the latest developments in digital media and using them in the most effective way on behalf of our company,
Preparing design plans and presenting them to the website structure,
