QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Welding Engineer" with the following qualifications to be employed in the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant Project in Mersin.
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical and Material Engineering department of universities,
- Welding Engineering diploma (IWE/EWE)
- Minimum 3 years experience in steel construction sector,
- Has knowledge and experience in NDT methods
- Understanding of manufacturing processes like metal forming would be considered as an advantage,
- Have advanced English and preferably Russian skills.
Responsibilities:
- Activity management for quality improvement, process development in relation with welding processes,
- Know-How and competence development in the field of production,
- Tracking the trends in welding processes and perform necessary actions in the responsible areas,
- Ensuring compliance with the project requirements and time schedule.
