QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Wordpress Developer with the following qualifications to take part in the Directorate of Corporate Communications at our university.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science or related field,
- Minimum 3-year experience in website development and experience in multi-language WordPress websites,
- Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services,
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD and other design tools.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery),
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Being result oriented, problem solver and attention to detail,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing mid to large-scale and sometimes complex websites using WordPress, including custom theme, and plugin development,
- Managing all web development processes, including design development,
- Responsible for both back-end and front-end development, maintain and administer WordPress themes, plugins, and sites,
- Strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems.
