RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare long-mid term production plans in accordance with demand and targets.
- Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications. May develop the master schedule for production or manufacturing.
- Analyze and plan material requirements by determining the quantity and date materials are needed to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Maximize production run by looking for optimizations in the schedule to fulfill customer requirements balancing with inventory/ productivity impact.
- Analysis of daily routine and give suggestions to management about process optimization, standardization, and improvement
- Daily scheduling for the assigned assets to optimize customer requested dates and manufacturing capacity.
- Being interface between production and customer service /sales and work with CS, sales, supply chain as needed to resolve customer order issues.
- Participate in daily, weekly and monthly production and planning meetings.
- Provide machine capacity planning as needed to support the business. Identify and communicate bottleneck areas and provide assistance to manage over / under capacity situations
- Report, analysis related KPIs and participate improvement activities
- Order tracking in coordination with the production department
- Updating the production plan in line with the priorities coming from the customer service department..
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering field or other relevant discipline, or equivalent knowledge and expertise gained through combination of experience and education,
- 2 or more years experience in working on production planning,
- Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, MRP systems and function specific software,
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills,
- Good team player with strong problem solving skills,
- Fluent in English both verbal and written,
- Residency in Tekirdağ or willing to live in Tekirdağ.
