QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Wyser is an international search & selection company present in 3-continents.

We are looking for a "Store Manager" for our client in the luxury fashion industry.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Following-up the store sales performance and other KPI targets and conducting store management for the realization of the targets,
  • Establishing and develop relationship with existing clients and engage new customers to the brand,
  • Acting as an advisor towards customers and the sales team ensuring sales closure and customer satisfaction,
  • Being a role model for the team, elevating service excellence and team development,
  • Leading all team members, ensuring the development of store teams with regular feedback, coaching and action plans,
  • To share the goals by organizing daily, weekly and monthly meetings in the store in accordance with the plans and expectations of the company,
  • Organizing and implementing store rotations, shifts and holidays,
  • Ensure a strong knowledge of the relevant markets: competitions, events, product and pricing.

Education and Backgrounds :

  • Minimum 5 years of team/store management experience in luxury retail or relevant customer related experience,
  • Bachelor's Degree,
  • Fluent in English/Turkish. (Any additional language will be a plus)
