QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or other engineering departments but experienced in lean manufacturing techniques.
· Kaizen studies, Gemba, 5S, TPM, OEE, VSM, and other lean tools experience and knowledge
· Ability to coordinate and organize design projects and personnel
· Ability to work effectively as a team member
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Good command of Office programs
· Good communication skills, time and stress management
· Create an environment of inclusion
· Preferably living in Manisa
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Implementing all documentation related to lean manufacturing systems (i.e. SOP, KPI, action follow-up list, project lists, Kobetsu Kaizen presentations, Before-After Kaizen forms, cleaning procedures etc.)
· Organizing lean manufacturing techniques applications in production
· Preparing annual training program regarding lean manufacturing activities, training personel from management to worker
· Inclusion of workers, operators, foremen to Kaizen studies and effuse lean management culture to different levels of factory
· Monthly reporting of KPIs
· Implementing/Collecting OEE data and defining/leading improvement actions
· Evaluate various improvements that need to be done and create value analysis and to reduce the costs in the engineering and manufacturing applications
· Attending weekly production meetings and food safety meetings, follow the retained actions with action database and ensure the activities are completed before deadline
· Observe & define all wastes in manufacturing and develop solutions to eliminate waste
· Implement standard work in production lines
· Develop proper operating system in production area for material and information flow
