QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for our new partner for success the "Lean Officer" will report to "Plant Manager " to drive our OpEx activities at Netafim Turkiye Plant in Adana according to Netafim global OpEx standards to create and sustain Lean Culture for continuous improvement, achieving highest level of lean culture and operational excellence.

Major areas of responsibility, main processes, tasks :

• Lead and drive OpEx culture across the site ; Plant & Supply Chain
• Create and sustain LEAN, 5S+ and Six-Sigma culture for continuous improvement
• Conduct OpEx and 5S+ maturity assessment across all the departments
• Provide training on LEAN principles, 5S+ and Six-Sigma
• Manage and control OpEx KPI's including maturity level and savings
• Improve performance and reduce wastes by increasing the OpEx maturity level and by leading end2end improvement activities
• Lead and drive OpEx routines at the site and participate in global routines

Required Knowledge and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, BA or a related field required, or equivalent education and experience
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English is a must
• Good MS Office skills
• Previous successful leadership and implementation of Lean in industrial environment min. 2 years
• In-depth knowledge of Lean and Six-Sigma management approach, methodologies and tools
• Formal Lean and Six-Sigma certification is an advantage
• Completed military service for male candidates
• Location in Adana
• No restriction travelling to abroad Netafim sites for thinking broadly about business.
