GENEL NİTELİKLER
The purpose of the contract is to adopt a SUMP (Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan) for Ankara in line with the EU best practices and establishing a new SBS (Smart Bicycle System) infrastructure.
The Contract shall be based on; but not necessarily be limited to:
• Development and adoption of a SUMP,
• Programming the data to be provided in the projects to be carried out in the transportation sector to test the hypothesis about how it works
• Capacity building and trainings,
• Publicity and visibility activities,
• Implementing smart bike system pilot.
