GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a Construction Manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner while ensuring that all activities are implemented in a safe way and of good quality for our cogeneration steam power plant project. The construction manager shall be responsible for the implementation of all site activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the construction activities from civil works to commissioning stages.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule work activities sequence in the most effective way.
- Oversee all constructions to monitor compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Select tools, materials, and equipment, and track inventory
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on a daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Requirements
- Proven working experience in construction management of Power Plants and similar Industrial Construction Works
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Experience in working for multinational teams with OEM’s TFAs and Supervisors.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
