QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Build and review testing architecture and design documentation, drive testing improvements, set quality standards

Work across the organization and company to collaborate and promote cross functional testing and testing tools

Hands on with testing efforts on both automated and manual testing

Work closely with Analyst and Developers to contribute to roadmap for the team, set priority and execute on goals.

Strong understanding of testing best practices

Strong understanding and experience writing test cases (regression, functional, integration, performance, end-to-end, etc.)

Hands-on experience in end to end validations using Web Based,and API testing.

Ability to own, drive and deliver on all QA functions and phases

Experienced in creating test plans, documenting & executing scripts, documenting defects.

Ability to work with different teams to identify test data constraints and application requirements/design testability

Effective system design and problem solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, team spirit, and positive approach.

Willingness to work in a dynamic agile environment and participate in all aspects of our agile process

Understanding of Agile and the tester's role in the process and usage of tools (JIRA & Postman)

5+ years professional development experience on manuel testing and automation

Manage Test scenarios and execution of test cases across all testing phases (e.g. SIT, Performance, UAT, Etc.)

History of learning new technologies on the fly

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
