• Üniversite mezunu, tercihen Beden Eğitimi ve Spor veya Turizm Otelcilik eğitimi,
• VDWS veya Türkiye Yelken Federasyonundan sertifikaya sahip olunması tercih nedenidir.
• Optimist , katamaran ve windsurf eğitimi konusunda deneyimli,
• İleri derecede İngilizce konuşup iletişim kurabilen, tercihen Rusça diline hakim,
• İletişim becerileri kuvvetli, misafirlerle ve çocuklarla olumlu ve çabuk İletişim kurabilen,
• Dışa dönük ve ikna becerileri kuvvetli,
