QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Position

Office Manager / Executive Assistant - reporting to Managing Director

Primary Resposibilities

Develop organizational procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing, billing, accounts payable, payroll and scheduling.

Develop and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of office.

Review/approve office supply acquisitions and coordinate with IT department on all Office equipment. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline the processes.

Monitor the inventory of office supplies, purchasing of new material and organize/supervise renovations and event planning. Make travel arrangements - coordinate appointments and meetings. Assist in the on boarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

BA Degree in HR, communications, business, or similar discipline.

Previous experience in HR or executive assistant.

Organized, entrepreneurial, quick-learner and self-motivated individual able to juggle multiple tasks/responsibilities.

Professional, high-quality writing and communication skills

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Ideal candidate must be English fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
