QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

· General manager’s secretary duties (organizing and following up General Manager appointments and meetings, follow up the issues that need to be reported to the General Manager and to request reports from the relevant people etc.)

· English-Turkish / Turkish-English translations,

· Follow up the insurance policies of the company’s facilities,

· Rental of company vehicles, monthly bill payments, tracking of km and fuel consumptions,

· Booking travel tickets and hotel organizations for company employees,

· Monitoring the order of Menemen facility management buildings, garden and environment

· Very good command of English ,

· Strong communication,

· Result-oriented, careful and meticulous,

· Inclined to cooperation and teamwork,

· Having a Class B license and able to drive actively,
