DESCRIPTION (APPLICANTS ARE EXPECTED TO):
o Manage scheduling for company’s chairman and board members.
o Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executives.
o Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of
meetings.
o Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executives.
o Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
o Coordinate travel arrangements.
o Maintain various records and documents for company executives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE (APPLICANTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE):
o University degree from a four-year formal education programme.
o Excellent command of English (Candidates with TOEFL/IELTS scores are encouraged to submit their
results)
o Time-management skills.
o Ability to pay attention to detail.

o Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Excel.
