QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage scheduling for company’s chairman and board members.
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executives.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executives.
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain various records and documents for company executives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE (APPLICANTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE):
- University degree from a four-year formal education programme.
- Excellent command of English (Candidates with TOEFL/IELTS scores are encouraged to submit their

- Time-management skills.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
