QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Bilge Adam IT Group, founded in 1997, is a Turkish company that serves on 6 business units: Software, Infrastructure, Digital, Human Resources, Academy and Young Academy. Bilge Adam, which focuses on human development and added value with more than 1000 full-time employees, is Turkey’s largest company on IT services. 1 month of IT sales training will be given as part of the Bilge Adam Young Stars.
Those who successfully complete the training will take part in our teams as Bilge Adam personnel after the training.
- University graduation from four-year-long faculties or their legally recognised equivalents abroad,
- Passion for IT (Following the new technologies, being interested in IT sectors),
- Targeting of having a career in sales department in the IT sector,
- Self-Improvement oriented,
- English language skills (Advanced),
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Strategic thinking skills,
- Sales and business development ability.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To achieve quarter based sales targets,
- To ensure the continuity of the existing client portfolio and carrying out the commitment work,
- To increase customer penetration and creating new demands,
- To work interdisciplinary,
- To find quick and effective solutions by evaluating the customer feedback,
- To prepare relevant reports in a timely manner and in the expected standards within the scope of their responsibilities,
- Manage all the operational processes during and after sales.
