LM Wind Power Bergama (İzmir) Plant established in 2017 and as of today operating with 850 Operators and Office Employees / Engineers at Bergama Organize Sanayi Bölgesi.
LM Wind Power Plant located in Bergama Industrial Zone and employee transportation is limited with Karsiyaka, Aliaga, Bergama and Dikili districts.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
  • Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
  • Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
  • EHS Risk Score Reduction
  • Defect Reduction. Defect related Production stoppage analysis and reduction
  • Waste Elimination
  • Collaboration with support department engineers
  • Team member of Engineering change implementations
  • Provides Standardized Work compliance & Conduct regular audits
  • Equipment and machinery improvements with maintenance
  • Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
  • A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members
  • Support Motion analysis and reduction
  • Non-defect related Production stoppage analysis and reduction

Required Qualifications:

  • New Graduate or 3rd & 4th Grade Student of technical divisions of University
  • Manufacturing Knowledge and Interest
  • Willing to Learn Manufacturing Processes and Continuous Improvement Methodology
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Good Level of English
