QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Domestic Sales Manager” to be employed in our office in TÜBİTAK Marmara Teknokent / Gebze. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Identifying and generating prospects and successfully convert them into sales
- Managing inbound emails and calls effectively
- Working collaboratively with the other departments in the organization in order to manage and follow up dispatching, manufacturing and delivery processes.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports
- Managing the existing key accounts by building the relationships, developing a sales and marketing plan, understanding their needs.
- Developing new business by identifying potential in accounts and new projects and recommending sales strategies.
- Analyzing sale pipelines and trends with senior management in order to forecast monthly sales goals and quotes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’ degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related (relevant) fields from a reputable university.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- High level of communication skills, positive attitude, enthusiastic, self-driven.
- Military service must be completed for male candidates.
- 5+ years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferably fluent in English
