Sales Manager

- German and English Speaking International Sales Representative

- The person will be living abroad. It can be Poland or Germany.

- will be visiting Turkey once a month to report.

We are looking for someone who feels energized through his contact with customers and colleagues. You are proactive, goal-oriented and customer-oriented. You know how to open doors with your customers and to strike the right chord to close programs. Through good coordination with your colleagues from sales, procurement and operations, you relieve your customers and ensure the perfect link with our producers.

The Responsibilities

  • Business Development, you develop new programs with new customers and expand existing programs;
  • You are able to develop and implement sales plans, you report to the Sales Director;
  • It is your quality to correctly translate the customer's wishes into the organization

The Criteria and Examples

  • Experience in the sale of fruit to European supermarket organizations;
  • You have a network, access to supermarket organizations in Europe, especially Germany;
  • You present your story about product, producer, the direct line convincingly;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and German language, other languages welcome;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • You fit well into the group: you are an effective hard worker, you tackle things decisively and you are a team player;
  • You like to be judged on what and how you do things;
  • You prove to be successful in developing new key accounts and programs;
  • You know how to make your colleagues enthusiastic about your ideas

Examples on what are you doing now:

  • You sell fruit and vegetable products, preferably fruit, to Dutch and German retail organizations;
  • Or you have done that, have taken another step and are now aiming at the fruit sector;
  • You do acquisitions or manage 1 or a few supermarket accounts;
